Ben & Jerry's, Patagonia, and Tom's of Maine are pretty classic examples. Newman's Own - just came out with wine. We Are What We Do. Burt's Bees - even though they've been bought. Don't know if I can afford not to shout out Target (their 5% ads are pretty solid).

King Arthur Flour, Timberland, 7th Generation, New Belgium Brewery, Stoneyfield Farm, Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, Cliff Bar, Organic Valley, Summer Rayne Oakes, Linda Loudermilk, Edun, Loonstate, Keen, Simple, Terra Plana, Reware, Begley's Best, Method, Saintsbury Wines, Yolo Paints, IceStone, Salesforce.com, New Leaf Paper, Chelsea Green Publishing, Consolidated Printing, Calvert Group, New Resources Bank, and the list goes on. There are a lot of companies making a real effort to "do no harm" as they conduct their business. None is perfect; but increasingly more are trying and making progress.
