State Corporate Compliance Scam

While registering All Day Buffet as an LLC, I received a statement in the mail that said I owed $150 from the NY State Corporate Compliance.  This is the first time I’ve ever registered a company before so I have NO IDEA what I’m doing. It seemed really fishy so I decided to Google it and BAM it’s a scam!  THANK YOU INTERNET FOR SAVING ME $150!!  But, damn, these people are good.  Looked really official..
