October Travels

I’m a big fan of Fall, well actually, I’m a big fan of seasons.  Especially when they’re in the middle of changing.  That’s why I’m excited to hit up Camden, Maine this week for the Pop!Tech Conference.  Really looking forward to seeing Malcolm Gladwell, Clay Shirky, and Dickson Despommier speak plus all the really exciting people I’ll be able to meet as well!

From Camden, I’ll be heading straight down to the Big Easy.  Looks like a promising week in New Orleans with Voodoo Music Festival, New Orleans 100 Mixer, Halloween, Prospect 1 Opening all in one week.  And of course, indulging myself with delicious food and alcoholic drinks.  Man, oh man, I can’t wait to eat some fresh seafood at Jacques Imo’s and grab a pint of Abita beer at the Bridge Lounge…

I’ll be back in New York in early November.  Except lots of blog posts when I get back or at Pop!Tech if I get motivated enough to write a post…
